When you are blending your own aromatherapy treats, look for bath and massage oils that combine skin-protective oils, such as nourishing grapeseed oil (widely recognised for its anti-ageing properties) and softening apricot kernel oil.
As well as mixing your own blends, you can also enjoy using ready-made essential oil-based candles, skincare and haircare products, soaps, foam baths, massage oils and bath salts.
